USE HANGOUTS TO CALL A PHONE FROM YOUR COMPUTER

STEP 1: Sign in to Google+

Sign into Google +, then click the Hangouts icon.

STEP 2: Enter phone number

Type the phone number you want to call where it says "+ New Hangout". Note that it is only free to phone Canadian or American numbers. For international calling rates, click here.

STEP 3: Call

Click the blue "Call" button and a new window will open for the conversation audio.
